Help cancelling my Three contract due to very poor coverage?
I am now having more and more faults with 3 and the services they have each and every day. When I receive a text message, sometimes it takes days to arrive to me, 3 days in one case. Also, when I receive texts about 15% of time it simply says “some text missing”.
I have rang 3 customer service about this and I got my postcode checked for coverage and was told there was no 3G coverage in my area. I don’t see why I should stay on with this network if I don’t get the benefits. It is not only texts I am having the problem with. I also go for periods of time with no reception at all. This means the phone I have is worthless to me as I can make or receive calls or texts. Its wasting my money basically.
I delete my text message inbox and sent items after basically every text now but that never improved anything. I was also told to enter a code in my handset by a member of 3 but that also didnt help. These problems have been going on and on and Im fed up with it as I’m missing out on meeting up with friends because I dont get their texts. I do not see the point in me being with a network if I cannot receive my texts or if Im getting those days late.
I believe the only solution to this problem is me getting my contract terminated by three. I emailed them this but a longer version and they were no help whatsoever and they said i would have to pay an early termination fee. Why do i when it is there fault my phone is not working. Can i cancel my contract any other way?
Any got any solutions?
